Engine 1
Engine 1 is the primary pumper for ICFD. It holds 1000 gallons of water and can pump 1250 gallons/minute. It can carry 5 personnel (1 driver, 1 officer, and 3 firefighters). Four seats are equipped with air packs for rapid preparation en route. Engine 1 responds to most calls that ICFD receives such as structure fires, car fires, and motor vehicle accidents. This truck carries the Jaws and Hydraulic Ram to aid in vehicle extrication. It is also equipped with two light towers to provide scene lights for night operations.



Tanker 1
Tanker 1 is a primary water supplier on scenes of large fires. The tanker can carry 3 personnel (1 driver and 2 firefighter) and includes air packs in storage for additional support. It holds approximate 3000 gallons and has a dump tank which allows the tanker to act as a water shuttle if need be. This truck responds when large amounts of water are needed.



Brush 1
Brush 1 is the primary responder to grass and trash fires. It can carry 4 members (1 driver and 3 firefighters). The truck holds 256 gallons of water and 5 gallons of multipurpose foam. Brush 1 responds second from the station on all motor vehicle accidents.  Currently, it is also used as a first responder vehicle and carries many EMS items. This truck was purchased under a grant from the Texas Forestry Service.
